Season Ticket Members who choose to continue their Membership for 2026-27 can take advantage of our “Pay As We Play” payment plan for their 2026 Playoff ticket plan, meaning that you will be charged for home playoff games once they are guaranteed to be played. Season Ticket Members may also choose to pay in-full for their 2026 Playoff ticket plan, or to pay 50% of the 2026 Playoff ticket plan once we clinch a playoff berth, and the remaining 50% upon advancing to the Eastern Conference Finals.

Season Ticket Members who do not choose to renew for 2026-27 will only be able to choose the 50/50 or pay-in-full option.

Yes. You can opt out of your playoff tickets when confirming your 2026-27 Season Ticket Membership autorenewal, or any time before March 13, 2026 by filling out the Playoff opt-out form.

If any 2026 Play-In Tournament games take place at TD Garden, they will be part of the playoff ticket plan for 2025-26 Full-Season Ticket Members (up to two (2) play-in games). Half-Season Ticket Members with the 22-game plan during the 2025-26 season will automatically receive Play-In Game 1 if it’s played at TD Garden. Half-Season Ticket Members with the 21-game plan during the 2025-26 season will automatically receive Play-In Game 2 if it’s played at TD Garden.

Your 2026 Playoff ticket plan includes your 2025-26 seat location(s) for all home playoff games.

Half-Season Ticket Members with the 22-game plan during the 2025-26 season will receive their seats for the following 2026 Playoff games:

• Play-In Game 1 (if necessary)

• Round 1, home games 2 and 4

• Round 2, home games 1 and 3

• Round 3, home games 2 and 4

• Round 4, home games 1 and 3

Half-Season Ticket Members with the 21-game plan during the 2025-26 season will receive their seats for the following 2026 Playoff games:

• Play-In Game 2 (if necessary)

• Round 1, home games 1 and 3

• Round 2, home games 2 and 4

• Round 3, home games 1 and 3

• Round 4, home games 2 and 4

Account credit will automatically be applied to payments for your 2026-27 Season Ticket Membership. Any excess credit will be applied to the 2026 Playoff invoice.

You will only have access to your 2025-26 seat location for the 2026 Playoffs.

Additional playoff tickets are not guaranteed due to limited inventory; however, we will do our best to accommodate Season Ticket Member requests. Please contact your Member Experience Executive if you are interested.

There will be an individual game on-sale through Ticketmaster each round (subject to availability), and it will not be at the Member rate. The only guaranteed opportunity to have access to tickets is by purchasing your playoff plan.

Yes. To request a refund for unplayed games, please email your request to your Member Experience Executive at the conclusion of the 2026 Playoffs. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of receiving your request. If contact is not made, the credit for the unplayed games will be used towards your 2026-27 Season Ticket Membership payment plan.

The exchange feature is only available for regular season games. Please contact your Member Experience Executive for more information.

Yes, the upgrade feature will be available. You may upgrade your tickets before scanning into the game (subject to availability). Please contact your Member Experience Executive for more information.

Yes. If you choose not to continue your Membership for the 2026-27 season, you may still elect to receive your 2026 Playoff tickets. However, you will not receive the additional discount for renewing your Membership. You will be charged 50% of the total playoff ticket invoice upon clinching a playoff berth, and the remaining 50% upon advancing to the Eastern Conference Finals.

Seller credit and direct deposits will be added and paid out once the game is confirmed to be played.
